    A new law in South Carolina will require that interconnected VoIP providers, CMRS (wireless) providers, and prepaid wireless providers collect and remit the Dual Party Relay (DPR) Fund charge.  The law also clarifies that wireless providers are required to contribute to the state Universal Service Fund (USF).  Prepaid wireless providers will collect USF and DPR charges on each retail transaction.
