• Colorado Initiates Rulemaking To Implement 2014 Telecom Reform Legislation

    The Colorado Public Utilities Commission intends to amend the Rules Regulating Telecommunications Providers in order to implement 2014 telecom reform legislation.  (See TMI Briefing dated June 9, 2014.)  Among other things, the 2014 legislation deregulated certain telecommunications services by reclassifying them as Part 4 services.
