    The California Public Utilities Commission issued a Draft Decision which could result in revisions to General Order 133.  General Order (GO) 133 sets out service quality rules for California’s public utility telephone companies.  If approved, the Decision would impose automatic fines of up to $25,000 per day for failure to meet three service quality measures.
